My Background

I grew up in Brisbane and moved to Roma in mid-2003 to work as an in-house Accountant for a rural merchandiser. I have lived in Wallumbilla since marrying a local grazier in 2005. In August 2004 I started with Condon Treasure, and finished up three years later to start a family. I have since returned to part-time work, at the CT Tax and Advisory office based in Roma.

I have worked as an Accountant within Business Services for the majority of my working life and love that the profession offers so many different working opportunities and allows for flexibility with work/life balance. I studied accounting at QUT at the Brisbane Campus and completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) in 1997 and a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Accounting in 2000.

I continued to work full-time within Business Services for approximately 4 years and as a Forensic Accountant for 3 years.
